This policy explains what information Kinser Media LLC (“Kinser Media,” “I,” or “me”) collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. I keep this short and plain because that is how the business runs.

Information I collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you voluntarily enter into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional project type, and the message you write. I do not use advertising trackers, and I do not sell or share your information.

How I use it

I use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential work. I will not add you to a marketing list or send unrelated email.

How it is processed

When you submit the contact form, the details are delivered to my inbox by email through Resend, an email delivery provider acting on my behalf. Your message is transmitted over an encrypted connection. I apply basic anti-abuse measures (such as rate limiting) to keep the form from being misused.

Data retention

I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and I delete them when they are no longer needed. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information you have sent me, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. To do any of these, email me at contact@kinsermedia.com.
